Nexintel Platform Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Nexintel platform, including all associated tools, features, and document-intelligence services (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Controlled Access

Access to the Nexintel Platform is currently provided on a controlled private-pilot basis for selected project teams. Access is subject to approval and may be revoked at any time at Nexintel's discretion.

2. Permitted Use

The Platform is intended for use by authorized project teams in connection with construction project execution, document review, and related workflows. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Platform outputs is prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

Nexintel and Project Execution Intelligence™ are proprietary marks of Nexintel. All platform features, methodologies, and intelligence outputs are the intellectual property of Nexintel unless otherwise stated.

4. Disclaimer

The Platform provides document-derived intelligence for review and operational support. All outputs should be reviewed by qualified professionals before use in project decisions. Nexintel does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of extracted intelligence.

5. Pilot Phase

Platform availability, features, and access terms may vary during the pilot phase. Nexintel reserves the right to modify or discontinue any feature or access arrangement with reasonable notice.
