Pilot Access Terms

These Pilot Access Terms govern participation in the Nexintel private pilot program. By accepting a pilot access invitation, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Pilot Access

Pilot access is provided on a controlled, invitation-only basis. Access is non-transferable and may be withdrawn at Nexintel's discretion.

2. Platform Status

During the pilot phase, platform features, availability, and performance characteristics are subject to change. Nexintel does not guarantee uninterrupted access or feature completeness during this period.

3. Feedback

Pilot participants may be invited to provide feedback on platform features. Any feedback provided may be used by Nexintel to improve the Platform without obligation.

4. Confidentiality

Pilot participants agree to treat non-public platform features, methodologies, and outputs as confidential during and after the pilot period.
