Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the standards of conduct required of all users accessing the Nexintel Platform during the private pilot phase and beyond.

1. Permitted Uses

The Platform may be used for legitimate project execution, document review, and construction intelligence workflows by authorized team members.

2. Prohibited Uses

Users may not use the Platform to upload unlawful content, circumvent access controls, reverse-engineer platform methodologies, or redistribute platform outputs without authorization.

3. Enforcement

Nexintel reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users in breach of this policy.
